Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented, and operations-focused Chief Operating Officer (COO) to support the growth and stability of ETS. As our COO, you’ll play a vital role in scaling internal operations, improving workflows, driving accountability, and ensuring that every department functions in alignment with company goals.
You will help transform our business vision into actionable plans across our service lines — from IT consulting and infrastructure to workforce training and community programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and optimize day-to-day operational functions across all departments (IT, HR, Finance, Training, Customer Service).
Oversee project execution, quality control, and service delivery across internal and client-facing teams.
Support business development and strategic partnerships in collaboration with the CEO.
Implement policies and procedures that improve operational efficiency and compliance (including HIPAA and cybersecurity standards).
Manage hiring workflows and help build a high-performance team.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in coordination with finance systems.
Use data and KPIs to drive decisions and performance tracking.
Represent the company in leadership meetings, partner engagements, and strategic planning sessions.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience in an operations leadership role (COO, Director of Operations, etc.) in a tech or service-based organization.
Strong knowledge of IT service management, workforce development, or educational training operations.
Experience with ERP and CRM tools such as Odoo, Xero, Microsoft 365.
Ability to manage remote and hybrid teams.
Familiarity with compliance standards (HIPAA, ISO, NIST, etc.) is a plus.
