Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2) or Contract (1099)
Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, hardware, and software.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients and internally.
Troubleshoot network and system issues.
Ensure cybersecurity best practices.
Document service requests, solutions, and reports.
Requirements:
1-3 years of IT support experience.
Knowledge of Windows, Linux, networking, and troubleshooting.
Certifications preferred:
CompTIA A+, Network+.
Hiring Process:
